Katong's 18th Anniversary Celebration
HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY KATONG TOASTMASTERS CLUB! 🎈🎉🎊 We had catered a sumptuous buffet spread for this special celebration for more than 30 members and guests attending the meeting. Our Sergeant-At-Arms Swarna warmly welcomed all members and guests and invited them to share ONE word they associate with the year they turned 18. There were a whole variety of adjectives including hopeful , independent, stressful, emancipated, liberated and mature. Ice-breaker session led by SAA Swarna We had the honour of inviting voice coach and professional speaker Cynthia Zhai to present a 45-minute workshop on Your Voice Matters. She shared that breath is the power of our voice and that we can change our voice quality. There were exercises to help us practice breathing, activation and resonance.
